The system delivers 1800W of cooling at 35°C ambient with a high-efficiency scroll compressor and microchannel condenser. The integrated controller manages all cooling functions including temperature regulation, fan speed control, and alarm monitoring.
The IP54-rated steel enclosure provides protection against dust and water splashes. The system includes a built-in condensate evaporation tray, eliminating external drainage in most installations. Modbus RTU communication enables integration with building management and SCADA systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
The complete system includes scroll compressor, microchannel condenser, evaporator coil, electronic expansion valve, digital controller, and all necessary refrigerant piping. The unit is fully assembled, charged, and tested before shipment.
The integrated microprocessor controller manages all system functions including temperature regulation, fan speed modulation, defrost cycles, and alarm monitoring. Setpoints and parameters are configurable via the LCD interface.
Modbus RTU over RS-485 is standard. Optional BACnet MSTP and Modbus TCP are available. All operational parameters, alarms, and temperature readings are accessible through the communication interface.
Clean air filters every 2-3 months. Inspect condenser coil quarterly. Check refrigerant charge and system pressures annually. All service points are front-accessible for easy maintenance.
The system operates from -20°C to 55°C ambient. The crankcase heater ensures reliable compressor startup in low temperatures. Above 45°C, the controller modulates capacity to maintain cooling performance.
The scroll compressor has a 10-year design life under normal operating conditions. With regular maintenance, the complete system is expected to provide 15 years of reliable service. All major components are designed for field replacement.
